Once volunteers are matched with organisations or campaigns, TimeBank continues to nurture their volunteer spirit with information, advice and support. We provide online services that help volunteers connect with each other, a comprehensive volunteer welcome pack, a dedicated helpline and email service, and staff to answer questions and assist volunteers in making the most of their experience.
TimeBank sends out monthly email updates containing one off and other innovative volunteering opportunities so that volunteers can stay involved as their interests or circumstances change. TimeBank also publishes a quarterly newsletter which is available online and is posted to everyone without an email address.
