Back to Life is a near-to-peer mentoring scheme to support young men recovering from mental health problems, helping them to reach their full potential.Someone recovering from a mental illness may not have the support they need to regain their confidence and get on with their life. A trained volunteer mentor can give friendly and neutral advice in focusing on goals and taking steps to achieve them.

Samaritans - Extreme Listening

Are you a good listener? Samaritans gives individuals confidential support, 24 hours a day. Samaritan volunteers receive extensive training and are given the opportunity to develop their communications skills, which often proves helpful in many other aspects of their personal and professional lives.
